L machine brake replace
Brake adjustment is done by factory before delivery. The tuning process is over complicated, so it is highly suggested not to make any change of the brake once on site.
Sometimes, change a new brake is much easier than adjusting one. In the case of needing to replace the brake or the braking disc, please follow strictly the steps bellow:
1. Before take off the brake, make sure to put on the screws of these four points.
It is important to put these screws on. These screws can open the brake and keep the brake pad lock on, otherwise it will be exploded when take off.
2. After put on the four screws to lock on the brake. Then can remove the mounting screws and take down the brake.
3. Take down the brake, you can see the brake disc behind. If needed, replace the brake disc.
4. Put on a new brake. Noted the new brake have four lock screws already on which means the brake is in open state.
5. Fasten the mounting screws. Be aware, do not forget to remove the four lock screws after install, otherwise the brake cannot close.
