Notice on the Change of Block Brake Micro Switch and Upper Side Outgoing Wiring
Dear customer,
As you know, the triggering of our existing block brake micro switch is achieved by amplifying the brake stroke through elastic pressure plates, and the brake is in the form of a side outlet.
We plan to adjust this part of the device by canceling the elastic compression amplification device of the existing block brake and using a normally closed contact micro switch with a built-in amplification device. The modified brake is applied to machines using block brakes in various series such as TS, TF, TD, TE (except for 6000kg freight elevator machines), J, V, V1SC, V1DC, etc. It has the following advantages:
1. Simplified installation and adjustment of brake micro switch
The adjusted microswitch is a normally closed contact switch that integrates an amplifying device and a microswitch. Installation is simpler, and its reliable triggering range is wider and easier to adjust.
2. Micro switch action is more reliable

To meet the requirement of independent testing for each brake,The improved brake coil leads out wires on the upper side,, with power supply terminals and micro switch terminals on top of the brake (as shown in Fig.1)
The brake power supply wiring and micro switch wiring are adjusted from the machine junction box to be separately wired on each brake.
The above changes will be gradually implemented on our various series of application block brake machines starting from October 2024 until they are fully utilized in the end! Thank you for your understanding!
